Refund Policy

Substream4K offers refunds for its digital services under certain conditions set out in these Terms of Use.

We strongly recommend that all users make use of the trial period before completing a purchase.

Refunds are only granted under the conditions described in this document.

Refund conditions
Full refund
Only possible for purchases made within 24 hours of the original order. After this period, no full refund will be granted.
Partial refund
Calculated based on how long the iptv subscription has been in use, and only if an issue caused by our service cannot be resolved within 72 hours.
Request processing
In all cases, the support team at Substream4K will contact the user to review and process the request in accordance with this Refund Policy.
Trial period
We strongly recommend that all users take advantage of the available trial period before making a final purchase.

Cases where no refund is given

No refund will be granted in the following cases:

  • The customer is not satisfied with the list of available channels.
  • The customer finds another iptv subscription service or switches provider.
  • The customer refuses to follow or implement the solutions suggested by our support team to resolve technical issues, in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Refund processing time

If payment was made by credit or debit card, refunds are typically processed and completed within 20 to 31 business days.

In some cases, processing may take up to 90 business days, depending on the payment provider. Substream4K disclaims any liability for delays caused by payment services.

We are not the payment service provider; refunds are handled by a third party in accordance with this Refund Policy. Once the request has been approved and verified, we process it as quickly as possible.

Channel outages and temporary issues

Although most of our servers operate with high stability, certain channels may occasionally experience interruptions, delays, or temporary unavailability. These issues are generally short-lived, and our technical team actively works to resolve them, in accordance with this Refund Policy.

Common causes include:

  • Fluctuations in the customer's internet connection.
  • Issues related to the customer's device, app, or settings.
  • Restrictions or outages from your internet service provider.
  • Temporary channel interruption on our servers.
  • The customer's decision to cancel or modify the service.
  • Scheduled server updates or restarts to maintain optimal performance.

Extended service disruptions

If a customer is unable to access the iptv subscription service for 72 consecutive hours or more, due to an issue directly caused by Substream4K, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • A full refund for the subscription period in question, or
  • An extension of the subscription to compensate for lost time, at no additional cost, with the possibility of an extra bonus by agreement in accordance with this Refund Policy.
